We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented intern to help bring our clients’ brands to life through engaging social media graphics, visual content, and digital marketing support.
Position Overview
As a Social Media Design Intern, you will work alongside our Social Media Strategist to create visually engaging content for a variety of client accounts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys graphic design, social media, and visual storytelling and wants hands-on experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Your primary focus will be designing graphics and assisting with social media content creation. You’ll also have opportunities to edit short-form videos, help capture content for clients, and gain experience with social media strategy and planning.
This role is primarily in-office, with some flexibility depending on projects and scheduling needs.

Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create branded graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Resize and adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats
- Assist with maintaining consistent branding across client accounts
Social Media Support
- Assist with scheduling and publishing social media content
- Help organize content calendars and creative assets
- Support basic performance reporting and content organization
- Audit client social media profiles for branding and optimization opportunities
Video & Visual Content
- Assist with capturing photos and short-form video content for clients
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software
- Repurpose existing content into graphics, reels, and other social media assets
Collaboration & Creative Support
- Work closely with the Social Media Strategist and internal team on creative projects
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
- Stay current on design trends, social media features, and creative best practices
- Help keep digital assets organized and accessible
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and branding
- Experience with Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign) is a plus
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable receiving feedback and revising creative work
Nice to Haves (Not Required)
- Experience editing short-form videos (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Photography or videography experience
- Basic understanding of social media strategy and analytics
- Illustration or motion graphics experience
Schedule
- 12-week internship with flexible start and end dates
- Approximately 10-20 hours per week
- On-site at our Warsaw, Indiana office
Experience Needed
- Previous experience with graphic design, social media, or digital content creation is preferred
- A portfolio of design work, class projects, or personal creative work is requested
Compensation & Benefits
- $15/hour – Part-time Internship
