This Privacy Policy describes how 1Eighty Digital, LLC (“1Eighty Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at 1eightydigital.com (the “Site”) or interact with us. This policy applies to information collected through the Site; it does not apply to information collected offline or through other channels unless stated otherwise.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request a quote, fill out a form, subscribe to our newsletter, or engage our services. This may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, company name, and the contents of your message or request.
Payment and billing information. If you make a payment to us, payment card information is collected and processed by our third-party payment gateway, Authorize.net. Billing and invoicing information is managed through our billing platform, ChargeOver. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described below.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services;
- Process transactions and send related communications, such as invoices and confirmations;
- Send periodic emails about our services, company news, or updates if you have subscribed to our mailing list (you may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email);

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when a cookie is being placed. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, email delivery and marketing (Mailchimp), payment processing (Authorize.net), billing and invoicing (ChargeOver), and website analytics (Google Analytics). These providers are permitted to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are obligated to protect it.
- Advertising platforms. As described above, information about your use of the Site is shared with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google through their respective tracking technologies for advertising and measurement purposes. These platforms process that information under their own privacy policies.
- Legal compliance and protection. We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, to enforce our Terms and Conditions or the terms of our hosting providers, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 1Eighty Digital, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If 1Eighty Digital is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for any purpose.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit using TLS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide our services, to comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or render it de-identified.
Your Choices and Rights
Email communications. You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us at info@1eightydigital.com. Please note that we may still send you non-marketing communications related to services you have engaged, such as invoices and service notices.
Advertising opt-outs. You may opt out of interest-based advertising from Meta, LinkedIn, and Google using the links in the Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising section above.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your personal information by emailing info@1eightydigital.com or writing to the address in the Contacting Us section below. We will respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and we may decline requests where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (such as maintaining transaction records), in which case we will explain the basis for our decision.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
