1. Do You Use Templates?
This is one of the most common questions we get from our clients. Simply put, the answer is no. We don’t use premade templates to build our websites. Our websites are custom-built from the ground up on a WordPress platform.
The problem with using prepaid templates is that those are created to apply to just about any business or industry, which means they’re full of features that most businesses don’t need.
Not only that, using a prepaid template means your website will likely look like hundreds of other sites already online. It’s not a great way to make your business stand out!
2. Why Do You Use WordPress?
This question often comes from clients who have an old website built on a different platform. It’s completely understandable, they want to know why they need to make a shift to WordPress.
As of today, the number of websites using WordPress around the globe is more than 835 million. WordPress powers 40% of the internet right now.
There are a variety of reasons why, but we love using WordPress because it is uniquely customizable and any type of business or website can be built on the platform. It’s also scalable, so your website can grow as your business grows.
WordPress is familiar to many web developers and designers, which means there is a huge community of both users and developers. New plugins and features are being added all the time, making it dynamic and innovative.
3. What Do You Mean By Responsive Design?
With most people accessing websites on their phones and other mobile devices, responsive design is essential. It simply means that we design websites that will always look their best whether viewed on a phone, tablet, or computer.
4. How Do You Handle Revisions?
During the web design process, our Project Manager works closely with every client to ensure the process runs smoothly. We use a web-based program, which allows our clients to view their entire site before it goes live and provide feedback. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to get the website you need!
5. Do You Provide Ongoing Support?
Ongoing website hosting is an essential service we offer our clients. Our servers are professionally hosted by companies with secure and reliable infrastructures that offer unsurpassed levels of performance, speed, and network availability. If you run into an issue with your website, we’re here to help.
6. How Long Will It Take To Create My Website?
Our project deadlines depend on a variety of factors, such as how many pages your site has, how much original content needs to be written, whether an e-commerce element needs to be included, and more.
We’re always transparent about the timeframe involved with your project and review all the details with our clients when they sign on with us, and every step of the way.
7. Do You Have Examples Of Websites You’ve Created?
This is one of our favorite questions, and the answer is yes! We’re proud of the websites we’ve created and love working with our clients. You can always view our projects on our website in the “Work” section. We regularly update it, so you can see our most recent published sites.
Whether you’re a small business, are a larger company with multiple locations, or run a non-profit organization, we’re here to help create a customized website designed to help your business or organization thrive.
